About this farm stay rental
The cottage chevrettes south of Touraine, ranked 3 * by the tourist office, less than an hour from the Futuroscope, Zoo Beauval and Castles.
Private pool to share.
Holiday checks accepted.
Water and sheets included.
Weekly rental during the school holidays, arrival from 16h30 and departure 10h.
For WE, arrival 17h and departure between 15h and 16h.

Weekly rate from 600 to 800 and weekend from 280 to 300.
To book a rental contract will be to complete and a holiday certificate will be required (to ask from your insurance)
A booking form will be sent to your email address where everything is indicated, hours, address, description, bonds, rules .......
Charges are included in the rental price, however the electricity is provided free of charge up to 20KWH / day, beyond the supplement is paid by the holidaymaker (.015 € / kwh)
On arrival it will be asked:
- A deposit of 500 € not cashed (I did not put a deposit on the site)
- An option of 20 € if the accommodation requires more than 4 hours of work (if traces of food on furniture, sofas, windows ...)
2 rental on site:
- a lodging 7 places. Free WIFI.
- a lodging 12 places. Free WIFI.

almond room: double bed
plum room: double bed, 1 bed 90 and cot
- IN THE DRC:
living / dining room opening onto the kitchen, WC and storeroom
OUTSIDE: large terrace with table / chairs and fenced garden.
POOL INFORMATION: private swimming pool, open from 11am to 7pm from March to 7th January.
The private pool to share is located in a building but not monitored and a maximum depth of 1. 50 M.
Access to the building is first through a gate with a secure lock and this building has a door with secure closure. But the pool is not supervised by the renter. It is therefore the responsibility of parents or responsible adults (friends, siblings) to protect and supervise under-age children, the elderly and the infirm.
We do not accept our animal friends.

South Touraine country house near the Loire châteaux (Villandry, Clos Lucé, Amboise, Chenonceau, Loches, Chinon ...), vineyards of the Loire, 40 minutes from the cathedral of Tours, 10min from the sea city of Renée Descartes with its aquatic center and Sainte Maure de Touraine, 10 minutes from the museum of prehistory Grand-Pressigny, 30 minutes from the animal park Haute Touch, 15 minutes from the equestrian center in Pouzay, 45 minutes from Futuroscope, 1 hour from the Beauval Zoo, and also 30 minutes from 2 classified villages: Crissay-sur-Manse and Montrésor.
You are welcome to discover the life of the farm during your stay. See the animals of the farmyard (chickens, rabbits, geese, turkeys, ducks) and participate in the milking of goats and cheese making 'the Holy Maure'.
