Location very good (close to beach, supermarket, restaurants, bike rental, shops) and quiet street. Many rooms, own parking spot.
Outdated furniture, especially kitchen would need renovation (very old gas stove, kitchen cupboard shabby), no dish washer. Garden bench was not usable as paint pieces came off. Air condition might not be strong enough in very hot weather.
