A lovely apartment in the historical centre.Beautifully restored and warm in January. Well-equipped kitchen, fabulous view from both the living room and bedroom windows as well as the roof terrace. Parking close by, excellent Internet connection, quiet area.
I can’t think of anything! Except the light over the cooker didn’t work! b. But very minor complaint!

Fantastic flat 100m from the centre of the beautiful town of Presicce and 10 minutes drive from the sea.
Perfectly clean and there's everything you need from air conditioning to a washing machine.
Bonus points for the rooftop terrace with seats, a hammock and even a place to bbq.
The owners live downstairs and are the kindest and most helpful people ever.
