Emplacement parfait au calme au milieu de la montagne, à quelques kilomètres des cirques. Superbe petit déjeuner, chambres confortables et cosy. Le petit plus la gentillesse et l accueil de Mymy!nous reviendrons

Excellent choice in Gèdre. Note that you need to turn right down a narrow lane just before reaching Gedre (Google maps led us the wrong way). Beautiful woodwork in the room. Excellent building construction. The shower was great, and we could leave some things in the refrigerator downstairs. The continental breakfast was excellent. Just a short walk to the river where it was great to soak our feet after our hike. We appreciated the parking pass so we avoided the fee at Gavarnie while hiking to the cirque de Gavarnie (start by 9am to avoid most of the crowds)

While there is ventilation there are no opening windows. Our room was beneath the roof and the sloping ceiling was a bit low as we are tall without a lot of room for passing one another - but that is a mild criticism.

Mimi was a welcoming and happy host. The location is peaceful and beautiful. The facilities were immaculate and clean. The breakfast provided each morning was great & gave us a good start to the day. We recommend Mimi et Nico's and would happily return.
