Too hot!

We enjoyed sitting on the terrace looking at the peaks nearby. It's an older style house that is very comfortable, spacious and well equipped. The kitchen has a good amount of crockery and cutlery and a good induction stove top to prepare meals. There's a private parking place near the door. The host was friendly and she went out of her way to help us. Stephen

Great location in the heart of Gedre. The location didn’t show up for us on GPS - so if you get stuck it’s the opposite of Piscine á Gedre. Host doesn’t speak English so come armed with a translation app if you don’t speak French. Cute kitchen and was a good size for 3 of us. Very clean. Dated decor, but we thought it was quite charming!

The beds and pillows are extremely hard and uncomfortable. I like a firm bed but this was like sleeping on the floor with a rock for a pillow. I would advise the host to invest in some nice memory foam or feather pillows and some soft mattress toppers. We were also charged 20€ for towels and sheets which is in the terms and conditions, but we can see in the reviews others were provided with these for free so we aren’t sure why we were charged but others were not. Seems like something that could be included in the price.
