Die Lage direkt am Strand mit Blick aufs Meer und den Fluss ist ein Traum. Auch Läden und Bars sind fußläufig gut erreichbar. Der Balkon ist windgeschützt und geräumig. Nachts ist vor dem Haus leider grelle Beleuchtung. Das Schlafzimmerfenster geht auf den Gang zu den Wohnungstüren, mit offenem Rollo oder Fenster schlafen ist daher schlecht möglich. Küche und Bad sind neu, das Haus selbst eher älter, die Möbel schlicht. Gutes W-LAN.
