Situation exceptionnelle pour cet appartement qui est près de tout. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut à l'intérieur. Pas de wifi inclus. Gros bémol pour le bar en face de la résidence qui est bruyant avec la musique jusque tard le soir.

Un petit appartement très bien conçu et aménagé, idéalement placé dans Mimizan plage, avec une vue sur l'océan magnifique et des commerces tel que boulangerie, supermarché et restaurants à quelques minutes à pied. Je tiens également à remercier les hôtesses de l'agence pour leur gentillesse et leur professionnalisme ( petit problème matériel à l'appartement réglé dans la matinée )

Une belle vue sur l'océan et un espace très bien aménagé avec une aire de jeux pour enfants, un restaurant, un espace dédié au sport et des espaces détente . Par contre, beaucoup de passages et de bruit même la nuit. Pas de place de parking attribué au logement, beaucoup de difficulté à en trouver. Le logement est bien équipé mais la literie est à revoir absolument. Odeurs nauséabondes de l'usine de papier certains jours. Très belle region avec de belles balades à faire à pied et à vélo.
