Sunrise Orlando Villa

The villa was fantastic the extra facilities (stroller & booster seat) were appreciated. We have been to florida 4 times and this is the best ever accommodation. Thank you sharon for a stress free jolidayM&B Jennings

This house was everything me and my family needed for the week the host had everything you needed for your stay it was truly clean and had plenty of space for everyone the kitchen had everything we needed the pool area was so enjoyable for me and the entire family even the neighbors were ok over all I will most definitely book this agin in the future thank you for everything

I thought I was safe choosing this home because of the other positive reviews. The owner, Sharon, was very responsive but considering she couldn’t do anything about the issues living in another country, she just told me to contact the property manager. The property management company was NOT responsive. The owner relies on a property management company for upkeep and maintenance and they are doing a poor job and are taking advantage of the owner living in another country. I did take pictures upon arrival. The property management claim they are available Monday-Friday from 8-4, but I tried all day on Monday to reach them. Finally at 2 pm, I reached a live person. Meanwhile, we dealt with the issues Saturday and Sunday (left a voice mail and no one called us back). I suppose because my complaints were not deemed to be an “emergency”. The spa heater was not working (the SOLE reason we chose this property over the property we use every year), and the pool lights that others raved about wouldn’t work. They did bring in a shower liner on Monday so we were able to finally use that shower, but the spa heater was not fixed all week. We were refunded the money for the heating of the spa, but again…the spa was the sole reason we rented this property over the one we have rented for years. In fact, the spa water registered cooler than the inside temperature in the house. They did have box fans in the bedrooms so that helped a little at night. The beds were very comfortable! The house needs a good cleaning. Stains were all over the carpet, the walls and the baseboards were lined with dust and stains. In fact, right under the hand sanitizer attached to the wall was a red stain. The toilet seat in the master bedroom was broken, there were small black bugs (NOT BEDBUGS or ANTS) in the front master bathroom, the dryer internal vent leading outside needs cleaning in order to avoid a fire and a load taking 160 minutes to dry, the linens had holes in them, the blinds have holes in them, and the safe box was broken.. The area was very peaceful and it was a quick drive to the parks.
