Our newly decorated bright and contemporary one bedroom apartment of 33m2 is situated next to the Rue D'Antibes , three minutes walk from the Croisette and its beautiful beaches and eight from the Palais des Festivals.
The apartment includes spacious open concept living area with double sofa bed, flat screen TV with cable channels. The fully equipped kitchen area includes microwave, large fridge with small freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob,and washing machine.There is a large breakfast bar for dining or to use as a work space. Wifi is included The compact bedroom has a double bed, safe, and large built in wardrobe for your belongings. In the bathroom you will find a shower, sink unit and WC.
This superb property is ideally located next to trendy restaurants, cafés and stylish boutiques. The apartment has air conditioning and central heating so is ideal for long and short breaks all year round.
5 minutes walk from the train station.
Please note that although the property does not have parking there are numerous secure car parks nearby.

Logement parfaitement situé et la climatisation est extrêmement agréable. Néanmoins, je déconseille de s’y rendre avec un véhicule, il faut se battre pour les places et garer sa voiture à Cannes peut devenir un réel budget!

Had a very enjoyable stay in Cannes in a very nice modern clean apartment. The apartment was situated within easy walking distance of the lovely beaches, shops, bars and the excellent restaurants. The journey from Nice Airport to Cannes was a simple 30 minute bus ride. Look forward to staying at this apartment again in the near future.

Great communication, flexible check-in and check-out times, and very clean. Location was great (just minutes walk from the beach) and is surrounded by excellent restaurants and grocery stores. 5-stars, would definitely stay again!
