• LIVING ROOM: Sofa bed (140x190), TV, air conditioning, opening onto the beautiful sunny terrace.
• SEMI-OPEN KITCHEN: Complete equipment (oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer and dishwasher) and a Breakfast Set (kettle, coffee machine, toaster), washing machine
⚠ Attention low passage of 1.70 meters in part of the kitchen
• BEDROOM 1: A Queensize bed (160x200) on the mezzanine, wardrobe
• BATHROOM: Shower, vanity with washbasin and toilet
• OUTDOOR SPACES: Terrace with a dining area and a bench seat for enjoy the terrace

In order not to penalize your stay as well as that of the next tenants, thank you for making sure to remove as much sand from your belongings and your clothes/ shoes before entering the accommodation. Please do not put sand in the shower!
The use of towels provided as beach towels is prohibited, and may be penalizing, for a fee. Thank you for your understanding.

The property is clean and nicely decorated. Bathroom is renovated, and the kitchen well supplied. The balcony is a nice plus — does not get the sun but if you are comfortable in the shade it’s very pleasant. Location is a 10-min walk to the mid-Croisette area, and close to groceries, massage, hairdresser etc. It’s a longer walk to the Palais — 25 mins to walk and get inside to my event. Communication was good — check in was easy and they were very responsive when I had an issue with the electricity. It went out for a few hours during my stay and took a while to fix since the super was on a lunch break, but it did get fixed and was not an issue thereafter.Only one negative. About a week after I left I received photos from the management company accusing me of damage to the wall/stair area. They asked me to settle amicably, which I was of course willing to do, but I noted that I had no idea how it had happened — I didn’t carry anything up or down stairs to the sleeping mezzanine except myself, a book, and a glass of water. They got quite accusatory at that point which was very distressing — I’ve rented lots of properties over the years and always leave things clean and tidy. If anything has been damaged — a glass broken for example — I’ve always reported it and covered any cost. So to be accused of lying and not being willing to pay was just awful. I replied saying of course I was willing to settle to mutual satisfaction but heard nothing back. An upsetting end I’m afraid.
