We are happy to present to you: VILLA TUTTI (fully airconditioned!) A lovely south-facing private villa, set in a lush garden of 2000m2. Family-friendly villa, suitable for children of all ages. It has 4 bedrooms (1 master ensuite, 1 junior ensuite, 1 double room, 1 children's room with a bunk bed), 3 bathrooms and 1 separate guest toilet, separate laundry room, a cosy living area with fire place and TV corner, open plan dining area and a fully equipped brand new kitchen. Off the kitchen you will find a great terrace for those long Provençal lunches or BBQ evenings. The villa has a free-form pool (optional : fenced), and pool terrace with sun loungers and lounge sofas. Free wifi, Apple TV and French TV at your service. Ample and secure parking space on the gated premisses. VillaTutti is perfectly located only 20 min from Nice airport. An easy 2 min drive will bring you to the quintessential village of Valbonne. Bakery 1 min. Visit the well-known Friday market and in the evening join the locals for a nice dinner on the square.
Enjoy the Cote d'Azur's famous beaches! Within 15 min you are on the beach in Cannes (Croisette; fashion & glamour, high end beach clubs with sunbeds, also some public area, lovely sandy beach), 20 min to Antibes (small family friendly sandy beach in city centre and long stretch of pebbles beach towards Nice), 20 min to Juan les Pins (variety of beach clubs of all levels cater to all ages, long stretch of sandy beach, lots of restaurants directly on the beach), Theoule sur Mer (back to nature, natural small cove type beaches, family friendly, both sandy and pebbles) and in 20 min you are in Nice (Blvd des Anglais, long stretch of pebbles beach, all types of beach clubs, also some public beach area).
Drive 15 min in northerly direction to the pitoresque villages of St. Paul de Vence (art galleries), Biot (Knights in shining armor), Cagnes haut (Castle) and Gourdon (180 view from Nice to Cannes). Monaco and St Tropez are great destinations for a day trip. For other must-see places click on Area.
There are many exclusive golf and day spa clubs in the area, e.g. Royal Mougins Golf and Spa and the famous Cannes Mougins Golf course.
