The A/C unit was very weak which means we didn’t enjoy the stay on a cold winter night. And there was no doona nor extra blankets in the room.

We loved everything about the property, its location is ideal, it has a homey charm with beautiful finishes, and thought was put into every detail. The staff are lovely, the service delivery was excellent, and we loved our room. We left wanting to come back, and we will be back soon!

Great location
We paid for a deluxe king room and were only given a standard king room. I advised a staff member at reception but she offered no solution or compensation for paying extra as I’d booked through booking.com
Basically suggested I should have booked direct.
