Set against a picturesque lagoon backdrop, the property provides scenic water views both inside and out. The expansive back deck stretches the length of the home, creating a perfect setting for barbecues, morning coffee, or evening gatherings under the trees. The presence of freely roaming deer and local wildlife adds to the serene, Lowcountry atmosphere.
Inside, the first floor welcomes you with an open and airy layout filled with natural light from large windows and skylights. Lovely setting with bright living/ dining area opening to deck. Great eat in kitchen with an attached screen in porch. Lovely hideaway during pollen season and ready for spring blooms and activities all around!

Really nice time staying at 26 Gunnery. The beds were soft, the kitchen was good sized and the location was great. We spent 3 weeks hosting friends and family and everyone had a great time! Would stay here again!

Great location on a beautiful street. Nice spacious layout. Pretty lot on a lagoon with gators. The bikes are awesome. Decorated pretty. Only complaint is that there was a bit of an animal smell in the house (we didn’t bring an animal but the place allows them), but I bought a couple of cheap air fresheners and that did the trick.

Great location , short bike ride to the beach, nice neighborhoods. Beach chairs and bikes provided. House is pretty outdated and some things don’t work properly such as patio doors, shower knobs. House was pretty dirty, thick dust covering the shelves and small object, cobwebs over the bedroom lamps, old, stained bedding.
