About this villa rental
Enjoy an impressive villa in a select and very quiet area, just 10 minutes walk from the center of Sanxenxo. With capacity for 10 people, it has four suites with their own bathroom and a large room-living room for children with an attached bathroom, large living-dining room, terrace, kitchen, garage for two cars and garden. Play area with ping pong table, table football and basket. Canoe and bicycles.
In a very quiet and exclusive location, you will be next to attractive beaches and you can walk in 12 minutes to the center of Sanxenxo and its marina, shops and restaurants.

The villa was built in 2009 with the highest quality finishes and decoration. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction and gas cooker, American fridge with ice maker, coffee maker, etc. It also has a laundry area with a washing machine, dryer and ironing space.
The Sanxenxo marina, just 1,200 meters away, is the most attractive in Galicia and the center of a lively nightlife. It has numerous rental boats of all sizes.

Lovely house, only problem is for a house that big the pool only has room for 3 deck chairs so not great if you’re 10 people like my family.Would suggest making the raised area before you come to the pool a decked area so you can sunbath by the pool and remove the bushes next to the pool so you can see the pool.This would make it a lot more open plan and more appealing to guests wanting to spend the day by the pool. Besides that lovely house.Weird thing is they only have a small kitchen bin and don’t have large rubbish bins at the property so you need to walk right to the top of a very steep hill just to throw your rubbish away.Would suggest adding a large bin in the garage so you wouldn’t need to do daily bin runs?This wouldn’t stop us staying again but some constructive feedback to improve future stays.

Unfortunately, our stay had a few challenges. The house was very hot, as there was no air conditioning, and we had ongoing issues with flies inside and many bugs in the pool. The washer and dryer didn’t work well, and it was also difficult to communicate since the property manager didn’t speak English. Because of these issues, we’ll likely stay at a hotel next time we visit the area.

El alojamiento estaba muy bien excepto por dos cosas ( el wifi no funcionaba si bien es cierto que no lo reclamamos ya que no lo necesitamos) y la parte más importante es que de las 4 habitaciones las dos con literas muy bien una de las de matrimonio muy bien pero la Segunda de matrimonio tiene un baño que no se puede utilizar ya que al ser en la buardilla prácticamente no te puedes poner de pie, y en ningún caso puedes hacerlo en la ducha obligándote a ducharte sentado con lo incómodo que es.
Nosotros íbamos dos familias con niños por lo que necesitábamos la 4 habitaciones y como digo esa segunda habitación y el baño eran muy incómodos. Por el resto el alojamiento estaba muy bien buenas calidades, buenas vistas y bien equipado, pero caro por el problema que he indicado.
