5 bedroom Villa Tenazinha III, Swimming Pool, Private Garden, BBQ and Pool Table

The villa was lovely and in a good location for local shops, restaurants, cafes etc and about a 15 min walk from the beach. I feel the host should have advised us the plot next door is being redeveloped and there was constant building noise which unfortunately spoiled our stay. This was not a cheap villa and so i feel we should have been made aware and either offered a discount or the option to choose a different location. Also, despite friendly and welcoming emails giving various contact details, I sent queries to 2 separate email addresses and received no reply. I also messaged the host and his wife on the numbers given prior to our trip and received no reply (although finally someone from the travel agency contacted me), so communication was not as easy as i thought it would be.

This place was amazing for a big family holiday. The villa was spotlessly clean and facilities were great. The pool having a shallow end attached to the main pool was great for the toddler in our party, and the main pool was big enough for the rest of the group and also cleaned twice during our stay. There’s a pool table which is well maintained, a great bbq area and a nice dining area perfect for a big group. The bedrooms are all a nice size and bathrooms all have baths and showers. The bunk bed room could do with some curtains to block out the light but again this was a nice size too! The villa is about 5-10 mins from the nearest supermarket and row of restaurants, and maybe 10-15 to the square near the beach, with the beach itself being another 10 minutes further on. We received a welcome pack on arrival which was a nice touch, and felt very safe and secure at the property throughout the course of the week. Check in means you have to stop at the property office and pick up the details from the management company. A little inconvenient, but I understand the need for security and it was really quick, but just something to bear in mind if booking here. Overall a really enjoyable week and we would 100% stay here again. Thanks

Excellent facilities which helped us settle in for our first family holiday together. Great pool and the kids just loved the pool table. Good bbq meant we could cook and eat slowly. Strongly recommend this part of the Algarve.

O luxo fica muito a desejar e não corresponde à expectativa criada pela descrição do anúncio e respectivo custo. Encontrámos uns chapéus estragados para sombra na área da piscina. Com discussão, acabaram por ser substituídos por uns com um tamanho ridículo. Os copos eram de plástico, numa casa dita de luxo. A pessoa de contacto como gestor da propriedade era arrogante e não tinha a noção com quem falava. O espaço envolvente tem qualidade e foi o que nos motivou, mas ficámos decepcionados, por esperávamos outra qualidade tendo em conta o preço que pagamos.
