Our second trip to Tenerife and because we enjoyed our stay at this hotel the first trip we didn’t even consider looking at another hotel for this trip. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by the fantastic staff at reception who even remembered us from last year. She went above and beyond ensuring we were happy with our assigned room which ended up being on the 3rd floor with a view from the balcony overlooking the pools and beach. The only issue was I didn’t realise there was no aircon in the room and our ceiling fan didn’t work but they sent someone up to my room within minutes to fix the fan and informed me I could hire an aircon unit if wanted, which we did and it worked perfectly. The room was spotless, had everything in the kitchen that we could possibly need and bedding consisted of twin beds with a huge sofa bed, yet we still had plenty of space. The pool area is so relaxing and kept to a high standard and there was no issues with sun beds. We ate at the pool bar where the food was good and reasonably priced and the breakfast buffet was very well set up with plenty of choices. The bar out the front was great to sit out by night and people watch while listening to music and again staff were all friendly and helpful. On the morning of check out , we left and headed to the airport before realising we had left some items in our room and after a quick call to reception they located our stuff and sent a taxi to meet us at the airport which I will be forever great full for. So because of an amazing resort, friendly helpful staff, great rooms and a location that is easy access to everything on the golden mile we will definitely be returning to this hotel for our next trip to Tenerife.

Have stayed here before & returned. This time in a studio. Spotlessly clean...towels changed everyday & we had complimentary water when we arrived. Pool area & communal facilities all very clean. Centrally located & direct access to the beach walkway from the pool. Would definitely return.
