This two story townhome sits in the quiet neighborhood of Prescott Country Club with nice Bradshaw mountain views. Two bedroom and two and a half bath with a nice sized kitchen. Walk to the clubhouse for dining, entertainment and golfing. Lots of wildlife wandering around all year long. Only minutes to Prescott Valley restaurants, movies, shopping and more. There are also nearby lakes for kayaking and fishing or explore many of the mountain hiking trails. Easily make day trips to Prescott, Sedona, Jerome, Cottonwood and more! Let the men play golf while the women travel to Cottonwood and Dewey for wine tasting.

I enjoyed staying in the spacious townhome for 3 weeks. A well stocked kitchen and comfortable living space was the perfect getaway from LA. However, my last 3 days were disrupted by noise and debris from workers replacing the roof. I wasn't notified ahead of time by Vrbo of this work that was scheduled by the HOA and could not be postponed. The property owner agreed to compensate me for 1 day of rental, which I appreciate. Overall the townhome was a great experience.

Very nice property but the cleaning service needs improvement. Vacuum was solidly plugged, almonds in and under the living room chairs. Glass looking chunks thru out the downstairs carpeting. Candy wrappers and popcorn under the couch. Badly stained bar stools that we scrubbed clean. After cleaning the first day, we absolutely loved this house.

very nice unit but needed some repair work done, left list with Judy. Comfortable and convenient close to golf course and club house.
