**Important Note: ** Garage is locked & not accessible. Instead, please park
your cars in our spacious 3-car driveway. Thank you for your understanding.
**Pets allowed ONLY upon request, for an extra charge of USD 30 per pet, per
day**. The maximum number of pets ONE.
Handicap Accessibility Items Available Upon Request:
We understand the importance of providing comfort and support for all guests.
For those who require additional accessibility features during their stay, we
offer items such as grab bars, shower benches, toilet safety rails, and a
wheelchair ramp (front door only). These items are not visible to other guests
and will only be made available upon request. If you need any of these items,
please let us know in advance, and we will ensure they are set up prior to
your arrival.
**SPECIAL AMENITY:** For those guests staying 1 month or longer, we can
provide you with special access to the HOA’s Exclusive Community Clubhouse,
with premium amenities such as: Granville’s fitness center, swimming pool,
jacuzzi, pickleball, tennis, basketball courts, billiard/ping-pong room &
more. You will need to contact us, at least 1 week prior to your arrival to
coordinate, and complete the HOA registration form. The earlier the better,
this way we can verify if the Clubhouse will still allow this access! HOA’s
policy can change, unless we confirm with them. There is a required HOA fee of
$15, per each adult ID card that is created, and this is paid directly to HOA.
Children under 14 do not need an ID card, but must be accompanied by an adult.
More updated info can be provided upon your text message request to the host
at the number above. **Note:** The pool is closed during winter time, and
usually opens from May 1st to October 31st. Jacuzzi remains open throughout
the year, unless lightning storms.
**SECURITY CAMERAS:** For guest safety and property security, there are 6
exterior security cameras located at: 1) main entrance video doorbell, 2)
front courtyard facing the entrance, 3) right side of the house facing the
driveway, 4) right side of the house facing the backyard gate/EV charger, 5)
left side of the house facing the driveway, and 6) backyard-facing sliding
door.
**SMOKING POLICY:** Out of respect to ALL our guests, absolutely no smoking is
allowed inside or outside (including front & backyard) of this house. A $500
penalty will be charged if smoking takes place. Thank you for your
understanding.
