This charming historic apartment with shaded terrace is located just three minutes walk from the Old Town gate and Dubrovnik's most popular beach, in a quiet residential neighborhood near shops and restaurants. Master bedroom plus adjacent sleeping area provides spacious accommodation for a couple, a group of friends, or a family with children. Air conditioning, wifi, washing machine and brand new kitchenette.
This authentic Dubrovnik family home features open stone work, mosaic tile floors and other artistic touches throughout. The master bedroom upstairs features original antique wood furniture, a king sized bed and views of the Old Town, Lokrum Island and the Adriatic Sea. The adjacent second bedroom features one standard single bed, and a second comfortable fold out single.
The kitchenette includes 2-burner stove top, sink, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, electric kettle, coffee maker and microwave. The apartment stays comfortably cool in summer with two air conditioning units. Paid off site parking is available upon request. Parking MUST BE RESERVED IN ADVANCE.
The apartment is located within easy walking distance from all Dubrovnik’s most popular attractions, shops, markets, bakery, restaurants and bus lines.
Bedrooms are located on the upper floor, accessed by a staircase. The stairs are very sturdy, but a bit steep. Therefore, this apartment is not recommended for guests with limited mobility. The second bedroom is an open room at the top of the staircase.

Rebecca is wonderful! She is very responsive and met us at check-in. Everything was easy.Watch when in the shower as the curtain is short and water can escape onto the floor. So convenient to the Oldtown! Beautiful with a great host family story!

This was a cute 2 story apartment in the heart of everything. Just outside the city you can see the castle walls from the terrace. It’s a very old and authentic family home with pictures of the original owners throughout. Host was easy to reach and they offered all sorts of brochures and ideas to do in the city. There are stairs to go to the bedroom, and to get to the apartment. But if you have issues with stairs you probably wouldn’t like Dubrovnik anyway.

Ideal location just outside the city walls, easy walk to old town, restaurants and shops, ferry to Lapad. Loved the history of this home and the hosts were responsive, friendly, and helpful.

The hosts were lovely & great with communicating & accommodating us.
The accommodation was in a fantastic location just few mins walk (& steps!) from the old city walls.
The accommodation itself was clean but pretty rustic & basic. The outdoor spaces was lovely! The main bedroom was good but the ‘second’ bedroom was really in the hallway to the main bedroom with pretty small beds. The stairs to the bedrooms was no more than a wooden set of steps & not good for the faint hearted!!
Overall it was clean but basic!
