On large plot, nice detached house of 50m2 + 20m2 terrace, located on a large area 15 minutes from Aix en Provence and 20 minutes from Marseille.
Pool of 10m X 5m, above ground lawn, common with the owner located in front of the house of the owner.
Environment without vis-à-vis, sunny and view on the countryside.
The living room has a large bay window directly overlooking the terrace. The appliance is new.
Wifi and reversible air conditioning and shaded parking.
Ideal as a holiday cottage or weekend.
Possibility to rent on week-end for 2 nights minimum with breakfast option (prices on request).

Un cadre idéal, calme et très bien situé prés du Tholonet, de la Sainte Victoire, d'Aix... Gréasque et ses commerces sont à proximité. La piscine, le jardin, la pinède et surtout la gentillesse de nos hôtes Marc et Cécile ont rendu notre séjour des plus reposants!

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ces quelques jours passés, emplacement idéal pour découvrir la région, notamment en suivant les précieux conseils des propriétaires !
Le logement est fonctionnel, bien équipé, idéal pour un couple et 2 enfants.
