About this house rental
Holiday house in Puglia, in the olive grove, with sea view and pool. Absolute rest and relaxation.
On the coast of Campomarino, Maruggio, Manduria.
Caribbean beach and water conditions. Turquoise blue and crystal clear sea
Total area 30,000 sqm with 250 large olive trees.
Five minutes drive to the sea, great restaurants and shopping.
30 minutes to Porto Cesareo and 45 minutes to Gallipolli.
Daily freshly caught fish and seafood directly in the ports and fish shops.

This area is a cultural and culinary highlight.
The villa consists of 2 mirror-image units that can be separated between the dining areas with a thick sliding door. When opened, the living area looks majestic due to its size and vaulted ceilings. Up to 10 people can dine together both inside and outside. 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 guest toilets ensure comfort and privacy. The villa is ideal for small groups, large families or for the vacation of 2 parties who would like to cook and sit together but still appreciate their private area.
The villa is secluded and very quiet in an olive grove and has sea views between the trees. The 8x5 meter pool is located behind the house between large olive trees that provide shade. A large pergola terrace on the south side, an uncovered seat on the north side and many large shade-giving olive trees provide the ideal outdoor space depending on the temperature.
You enter the villa through the living-dining area, where the kitchenette is also located. To the left and right of this large room, a corridor leads to the bedrooms and wet rooms. Each side has two bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and washbasin and a guest toilet with a small washbasin. The washing machine is also located there.
The kitchen, or rather "the kitchens", has a gas stove, combination oven, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher.
The air conditioning system is housed in the suspended ceiling of the corridor and blows cold or warm air into the living area and the two bedrooms.
All windows and doors are provided with mosquito screens and the villa is alarm-secured.

For sure one of the best house that we rent. Isolated amongst the olive trees but quite close to the see (10 minutes) and all commodities (there is a big supermarket Familia 10 minutes far, very good restaurants, etc). The house is very well-equiped with 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms, 4 toilets, etc. Everything is foreseen for 8, namely the deckchairs at the swimming pool. There is a big shaded terrace with a big table and a small seating area. The pool side is wonderful. Quite, at the back of the house, with umbrella’s and deckchairs. You can illuminate in the evening. The big barbecue is illuminated as well.Finally, Tobbias and Steffi take really care of their hosts. It was really a great stay and I really recommend the house for family.

We had a fantastic stay at Casa Maramonte!
The vila was perfect for two families with two seperate wings with bedrooms and bathrooms.
The porch was wonderful with a view of the olivtrees and the pool was just perfect! We got a very warm welcome from Tobias and Steffi and we felt immediately ”at home”.

The house was perfect and the owners were very nice and open for communication and offer solutions and help from their side. The surrounding area has enough to explore to be busy in the great provance Apulia. And if you do not want to get out the house is comfortable and has a great swimming pool area.

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt, der Pool war gigantisch. Der Vermieter hat täglich den Pool gecheckt, war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist groß und der Garten wunderschön, sowie weitläufig. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert.
