There was an event during our stay, so I’d recommend checking in advance if there’s one planned. The general feeling is that they try, but something is missing when it comes to hospitality. Because of the event, the beautiful terrace was occupied and we were the only table seated inside, a little forgotten, although it did give us a front row seat to the behind the scenes dynamics. Dinner was good and somewhat special, but it’s only four courses and, for the price, you can easily find a better, more authentic local dinner nearby for half the money. The owner eventually appeared, little belly leading the way, reached out his hand and simply announced his name, seemingly expecting us to be thrilled to meet the legend himself. After watching him run the place like an unsuccessful dictator, mostly shouting at his staff, we weren’t exactly starstruck. Don’t get me wrong, if you’re into Primitivo definitely come for the tour and tasting, even stay the night. Just skip dinner and eat somewhere local instead.

Very nice and modern decoration, peaceful environment where you can really relax and enjoy. Wine especially red wine is very nice! Dinner was held at the balcony with good view and vibe. Antony is very helpful and nice person. He took us to visit the winery production area before we left!

The dinner at the restaurant is of low value of money. The 4 courses charged you for €75 per person is too much in my opinion. The food was ok but it doesn’t feel the value for €75. The lady serving us was the only person serving for 3 tables. You don’t feel the warm and real hospitality of a fine dining restaurant. It was my birthday and although I have requested for a candle at my dessert, but nothing was offered and they apparently had forgotten.

Quarto muito confortável, moderno e espaçoso. Café da manhã incrível, só houve uma pequena dificuldade linguística, mas as funcionárias foram tão gentis e solícitas que conseguimos contornar a barreira linguística.
