In the heart of the PNPG - Peneda-Gerês National Park, with its vast green areas, nature trails for hiking, biking, quad biking and horseback riding and a varied fauna and flora, it is ideally located for nature lovers. The Vilarinho da Furna and Caniçada dams are only 7 km and 8 km away, respectively, and provide several opportunities to enjoy the beach, fishing, water sports, boat trips and outdoor tours.
There are companies in the county dedicated to the most diverse extreme sports, which can provide unique moments such as mountain biking, canoeing, climbing, paintball, slide, rappel, ...!
For lovers of cultural tourism, the historic Bracara Augusta (Braga) is located less than 40 km away. Via Romana da Geira, with its Milestones less than 100m away and the PNPG Gate and Museums in Campo do Gerês less than 2.5km away!
