As the title says, this hotel offers great value for money and has a superb location. If we come to Bakuriani again, we would choose the same hotel, which is important to mention. However, there is still space for improvement.

According to the information provided in the document we received, the room was supposed to be cleaned every third day. However, during our 7-day stay, the room was not cleaned even once. Additionally, although Booking.com stated that pool access was included, we were required to pay extra to use the pool. There was also no information stating that swimming caps for women were mandatory, yet we had to pay for those as well. Lastly, despite being a very large hotel with many guests, there was no information available regarding ski lift operations, specifically which lifts were open on a given day. This information would be extremely helpful for guests.

Let us put things straight. The place offers an excellent rate quality/price. However, expect no luxury. It is a clean and pleasant place located near both, ski attractions and city center. The photos of the room are accurate, but the remaining photos are NOT. There is a restaurant that shares the hotel building, but nothing like in the photos. Besides that, you have to go out the hotel to get there. In other words, it is not part of the hotel. It has rather a disco atmosphere even during the day, so if you are a party-animal, you will definitively love it. The spa is very pleasant, but very small for such a vast hotel complex, so if you want to go, I would advice you to do it during the day, when everyone else is on the ski slopes.
