The location was perfect. We enjoyed having a balcony with a table and chairs to relax after a day walking round Venice.

The staff gave us umbrellas and was very welcoming, really great location (quite close to the main station and attractions), the palazzo itself is very cozy
No breakfast and the rooms are quite small.

Very good location from a view and access to other areas other than the surrounding of San Marco plaza. Nicely located next to canal.
The workers in the area are so loud so early in the mornings. It really woke you up with startle every other morning. I would not return to this location in particular. Also, AC was not that great it turns off then on again and really didn’t cool the room. It was early June, can’t imagine July or August.
