This unique vintage-industrial retreat comfortably fits 4 guests, offering a full kitchen, in-unit laundry, and a private backyard oasis with a fire pit. Step into your 690-square-foot guesthouse, designed to offer more space and comfort than a traditional hotel. The open layout connects a comfortable living area, featuring a sofa and armchairs, to a fully equipped kitchenette and bar area. The interior blends vintage-industrial charm with modern farmhouse touches, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere.
Sleeping Arrangements:
A private bedroom awaits with a comfortable queen bed, decorated in a cozy modern farmhouse style.
The spacious living area includes a queen sleeper sofa, perfect for additional guests. Please note, this is not a separate second bedroom.
Kitchen & Dining:
Prepare your favorite meals in the functional full kitchen, complete with everything you need.
Enjoy dining at the bar seating for four.
Bathroom:
Indulge in the stylish, modern bathroom, featuring a double vanity with vessel sinks, decorative tile work, and a walk-in shower with a convenient shaving ledge. A unique sliding barn door adds to its charm.

A dedicated parking space is conveniently located directly in front of the cottage’s double doors, offering secure, oversized parking. Self-check-in is available, and detailed arrival, parking, and entry instructions will be sent to you before your check-in date. The cottage is situated behind the main residence and is easily reached by following the driveway around the house.
While your space is private, you may occasionally see us around the property. We aim to provide a peaceful and private stay for our guests.
Location: The cottage is a separate guesthouse located behind our main home. It offers its own entrance, dedicated parking, and private indoor space.
Interior Steps: Please note that the bedroom is two steps down from the main living area, and the bathroom is one step up. Guests with mobility concerns should consider whether these interior steps will meet their needs before booking.

Great convenient little property. We used it as a quick overnight for a trip from Texas to North Carolina. Was great because we had two small pups we were traveling with and it was great to accommodate them. As per their listing, they do have big dogs but they are kept in a side yard. The owner gives good instructions on where to potty visiting dogs. We did use the hide-a-bed. What do you say about sofa beds? They are never made for great comfort but we just appreciated the extra sleeping space.

This was our third stay with Monica. It is the perfect overnight stop for us between Atlanta and Dallas. Everything about this cottage is perfect, and we will 100% stay again!
