This includes a wonderful location, a fully-equipped modern kitchen with a dishwasher, a private washer/dryer, a cozy living room with a gas fireplace, central AC, and an upper-level deck with a gas grill to take in the incredible Colorado scenery.
Relax at home and watch for native wildlife in the yard or take a short trip into downtown Estes Park for plenty of shopping and dining. Free WiFi will make it easy to share photos of adventures.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We stayed here for proximity to the Park and this place really did not disappoint. It was nice to have the a/c after a long hike as well. This is a lovely spot, and we were fortunate to see some deer right out front.

Just minutes from the RMNP entrance. Felt private even though there are several places near by. Enough space for multiple people with a full dining area and two living areas. Decently stocked, very clean. Would stay again.

The views from the deck were the big appeal of this place, and they delivered. Mountains, trees, deer, nice neighbors - it was an overall great experience and I'm certain we'll be back.
