Apartment has hardwood and granite floors, high ceiling, bright unit, facing Broadway.
It is located on the second floor of a walk up building.
LIVING ROOM features a large TV(Direct TV, HBO and Cinemax), DVD player, leather sofa, armchair, large table that seats 6 and another table with 4 bar stools.
MASTER BEDROOM equipped a queen size bed, 2 night stands, dresser with a mirror , closet and a storage space.
SECOND BEDROOM equipped with two single beds, 2 night stands, dresser with a mirror, closet, and a storage space.
Pullout beds are available upon request.

KITCHEN is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances: microwave, stove, toaster, as well as utensils, glasses, blender, plates, pots/pans and coffee maker. If there is anything in particular that you need, just ask I will try to provide it.
Payments are accepted via HomeAway. Full balance is due 30 days prior arrival. Reservation confirmed once deposit is received and rental agreement is signed.

This was a spacious and very nice, clean apartment. Easy access to grocery stores, restaurants/bars, laundry mats. The owner was very responsive and flexible. Highly recommend!

I stayed in this apartment for 8 weeks over the summer, and it was fantastic! The location is ideal, with a subway stop nearby and a 24/7 grocery store just around the corner. The street felt safe and pleasant, which made walking home late at night reassuring. I had read reviews mentioning it could get loud, and while it does get noisy at times, it wasn't a major issue. As a light sleeper, I still slept well after getting used to the garbage truck sounds. Anna was a wonderful host who accommodated all our needs. There were three of us staying in the unit, and she provided keys for everyone. She was always responsive, even arranging for a plumber to come the next day when we needed one. Overall, my experience in this unit was great, and I loved every moment! I highly recommend this apartment—or any of Anna’s properties—to anyone.

My family and I stayed in this great apartment and loved it. The subway is only three blocks away and there are plenty of restaurants in the area to eat at.
The apartment itself is great. Very clean and perfect for four people. You will pay twice this price to stay in a comparable apartment in Manhattan or Brooklyn.
