Penthouse in Barcelona for Long Stays:
Beautiful apartment in Barcelona near the center. It is an attic apartment with an excellent distribution of spaces, where you can relax after spending the day visiting the city. It has an elegant, serene and young decoration, but at the same time familiar.
The apartment has two bedrooms: a master bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with two single beds. This penthouse in Barcelona for monthly rentals also has a comfortable double sofa bed in the living room. In this way, the apartment can accommodate up to 6 people comfortably. The apartment has a full bathroom and is equipped with clean towels and sheets ready for use on the day of your arrival.
As soon as the arrival door opens and enters the apartment, you will be surrounded by light and space. Although the apartment has an open design and the living room and kitchen are contiguous, this does not prevent each space from having its independence. You can cook quietly while your family and friends rest in the living room and plan new adventures around the city.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need to prepare your own homemade meals: dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, electric cooker, oven, fridge/freezer and ceramic hob. In addition, to ensure maximum comfort, the apartment also has a hair dryer, washer and dryer. This way you should not worry about anything! Last but not least, the apartment also has free Internet connection.
If you come to Barcelona by car, you also have private parking spaces available in the same building, available on demand.
This spacious attic is one of the differences that we can offer in the same building. The photos you see are a selection of photos of several apartments located in the same building. The apartments may have minimal differences with respect to decoration and furniture.

-: The remaining 70% must be paid by bank transfer must be received atleast 3 days before check-in or in cash at the time of check-in.
-: A security deposit will be collected by credit/debit card upon check-in at our office or by Online Link. We will process the refund of the deposit within 14 business days.
-: Travel cot/Travel cot:
Price: 20.00 EUR / Day / Item. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.
-: Arrival after hours:
-: Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday to Sunday at our office "Carrer de Hercegovina, 1 LOCAL 08021 Barcelona". Outside these hours we will charge €50 in cash as late check-in
-: The Tourist Tax in Barcelona will be applied.
-: Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.
-: Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €400 (in addition to the police fine).

Property was clean and well kept.
It is a little out, up hill from the centre, but in a nice quiet area. We were there for a trip to the football, it suited us for what we needed

We came for our honey moon and were a bit afraid because we read some bad reviews about the place, but the truth is we had an amezing stay! Everybody was so kind and nice to us the whole time and the apartment was a lovely attic in a great area of Barcelona. I didn't want to stay near las ramblas because I heard some bad comments about the areas so we decided to stay upper in the city and it was the best choise, we were close to everything and really felt like locals. There is a supermarkets right on the same block and a fruit store. There are busses all around the area and we were even able to walk to the Camp Nou ( it was a really long and nice walk). Thank you so much for everything!
