Very cozy duplex apartment with private terrace near the center that can accommodate up to 6 people in 2 comfortable rooms and a double sofa bed located in the living room. The main room has a double bed while the other room has two single beds. The apartment has a beautiful private terrace where you can sit quietly to enjoy the great weather of Barcelona. The apartment has a full bathroom and a toilet, equipped with clean towels ready for use on the day of arrival.
On the first floor you will find the bright living room where you can relax in the company of your family and friends while planning your next city tours. The apartment is fully furnished with high quality furniture and decoration. The kitchen is equipped with everything you may need to prepare your own meals. The neighborhood:
The second largest neighborhood of our beloved Barcelona is Sarrià-Sant Gervasi - a silent paradise in the northwest of the city, adjacent to Gràcia. Sarrià-Sant Gervasi was the last independent town to be annexed by Barcelona in 1921. That may explain why Sarrià-Sant Gervasi still has that "village atmosphere", with charm and personality that cannot be found anywhere else in the city. It is located in the upper area therefore offers views of the city.
You can find some of the best clinics nearby: Barraquer, Planas, Teknon, Dexeus, Chiron, Sagrada Família, Vall d'Hebrón Hospital and Sant Pau Hospital. Also nearby you can find the following schools and universities: ESADE, IESE, UIC, UPC or CEA.

Overall, a great stay. Rooms were upstairs which made having luggage upstairs very tough via only a spiral staircase. Comfortable stay though. The location was fantastic- easy walk (1.5 miles) to basically everywhere. WiFi worked well contrary to what I heard.

This is located in a really good neighborhood, restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Close to subway. The apartment itself was just OK. I can see what they were trying to do with the place but could have been done better. The upstairs is an attic, so be careful about hitting your head on the beams, it will happen multiple times. The stairs going up and not bolted properly. The kitchen and living room area is very large. The balcony is very large also; however, one side of the balcony has rotted boards that I was afraid of falling through.
I had to dispute the security deposit with my credit card company since they did not refund it. Unlike other VRBO's, they actually charged the deposit before arriving, others just hold the amount and release it upon checkout. They had told me 7-15 business days from date of departure, but they still did not refund. After contacting multiple times, was told their accounting department was "behind" and it would happen soon. After a month I disputed with credit card company.

Location is very central. Good standard apartment. Staff v helpful. The private terrace is a treat in the hot city. Stayed here 2 years ago so came back quick 2 night stop on way elsewhere. The apartment has more than enough space for all of us!
