La situation de la maison avec la vue environnante sur Horta et sur Pico. La possibilité de se rendre à pied dans la ville. La propreté de tout l’établissement autant à l’extérieur qu’à l’intérieur. L’équipement mis à notre disposition. Les petites attentions comme les biscuits, café et thé. Les dépliants d’information sur les activités et autres mis à notre disposition.
Le seul inconvénient est l’eau chaude dont la température n’est pas régulière. Le dernier soir, n’avons eu de l’eau chaude que pour une seule douche. Nous étions les seuls locataires pour ce soir-là.

Casa molt agradable, habitació espaiosa amb balcó que mira cap a un camp, bany net i ampli. Espai d'aparcament inclòs en la reserva.
Resulta estrany que l'espai comú sigui tan gran i no tingui un petit equip de cuina o espai de neteja. Igualment, la responsable de la casa s'encarrega de netejar allò que embrutis.
