    We have booked the hotel via Agoda with breakfast and paid the prices that confirmed, but when we checked in, it appeared that the booking has been arranged by Ascend Travel (ACS) agency and it showed that the breakfast doesn't include but 'Free Fitness Access' (which the hotel staff confirmed that this fitness service is for guests who confirmed to buy breakfast, meaning the breakfast is bought but the details were not appeared) The staff tried to called ACS and reached out to Agoda but ther's no human received the call from Agoda side whilst ACS said that their record only show 'no breakfast'. Hence, we appeared to just stayed with no breakfast but paid for it. The confirmation email from AGODA and recorded info from ACS showed the same info 'NO breakfast but Free Fitness Access'... even we showed the hotel our booking screenshot stating 'breakfast included'.

    Good choice for seminar events or business travelers looking for a quiet place to stay. The hotel is clean and peaceful, with a great swimming pool and well-equipped gym. However, it’s a bit hard to find good restaurants nearby, so dining options are limited. If you enjoy the calm of the countryside and don’t mind being away from the city buzz, this place is ideal.
