Staying at Costanzo's has been a really nice experience on all fronts. The apartment has a lovely view, which is best enjoyed with a coffee in the morning or at dinner in the evening on the terrace. The terrace itself is also large enough to offer privacy from the other apartments. Moneglia and its beaches are easily reachable by car (though the road takes one or two times to get used to), by foot (a little exercise in 30+ degrees, but doable) or by bus. There are enough restaurants in the town, but we also had a fun time cooking in the large kitchen that is equipped with all the basics you need. Lastly, Constanzo and his family were very nice and made sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely book again. Cheers

Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr idyllisch in einem Oliven- und Obsthain, der von den Eltern des Vermieters bewirtschaftet wird. Es herrscht eine familiäre und herzliche Athmosphäre. Die Nonna des Hauses bäckt auf Bestellung Brot und kocht Abendessen. Preis-Leistung ist in Ordnung (vergleichbar mit einem Restaurantbesuch) - praktisch v.a. auch mit einem kleinen Kind und dem Vorteil nicht mehr Autofahren zu müssen und den guten Hauswein genießen zu können.
Im kleinen Hofladen gibt es sehr gute, selbstproduzierte Lebensmittel zu kaufen: Olivenöl, Wein, Salami, Oliven, Tomaten, Nüsse, Gewürze, Marmelade, Käse und vieles mehr...
Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr sauber und es ist alles da, was man braucht.
Der Weg zur Ferienwohnung ist ein bißchen abenteuerlich, allerdings je öfter man ihn fährt, desto leichter empfindet man ihn und er ist es wert, gefahren zu werden!
Der Vermieter ist sehr entgegenkommend, sympatisch und hilfsbereit!
Der Strand bzw. auch der Ortskern (mit Bahnhof) von Moneglia ist in 7 bis 10 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar.
Unser Fazit: gerne wieder und empfehlenswert!

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich mit drei anderen auf einer Ebene, ein Sichtschutz zwischen den Appartements ist nicht vorhanden. Die Ausstattung ist zweckmäßig und einfach. Möglicherweise hängt es damit zusammen, dass das Haus unten im Ort In einem Immobilienbürozum Verkauf angeboten wird
