Remote and quiet location but still only 5min from bus route. Loved the firm mattress and great awesome linen!! Clean and beautifully decorated too!

Really nice place with lovely views to Putiki Bay. Had everything we needed, and both beds were very comfortable.
It wasn't a problem for us, but the bathroom is at the end of one of the bedrooms so you'll have to go through it.

Perfect for a single traveller it felt safe and cosy
It would’ve been great to be able to go for a walk but the steep driveway put me off leaving without taking my car
