Gorgeous cute boat shed. Great place to stay while exploring the island.

The pretty jasmine growing on the verandah, the view, the birds and the atmosphere.

The bed was a little soft but overall, the shed was well kitted out with fresh coffee, outdoor seating area and fridge.

What we liked about the property was that was in a beautiful location, very clean and well kept landscaping . Had easy access and well introduced directions. The boat shed was so cute and lovely it had everything we need to for a lovely night stay.

Cabin was very cute, well equipped and cosy

The sheets were cheap polycotton. Such a shame cause they put a lot of thought into the fitout. The cheap sheets were hot and uncomfortable The outdoor common area was not well maintained and we couldn’t sit outdoors under the pergola area as the seating was dirty.

Location was amazing. Loved the apartment. We have stayed in the boatshed too over the years. Never fails to disappoint. The hosts were very easily gotten hold of when needed. The BBQ gas was running low and then immediately arrived with another cylinder if required. Fab service and so very relaxing. Every pot, pan, microwave etc needed for cooking breakfast, lunch and dinner. Heat pump and oil heater in bedrooms. Sky TV too. Close to beaches, walks, shops and coffee shops...what else could you ask for. Will definitely be back.

I had a lovely short stay on Waiheke, the weather was beautiful and Boatsheds on the Bay was the perfect place to stay a

It is very central. I walked into Ostend, and walked to Palm Beach and Onetangi. The bus stop is at the top of the road. On the whole it was very clean, the bed was comfortable.

Polyester sheets, and the cups needed to be scrubbed or soaked with baking soda.

Although out of the main town that was all fine as was a short walk from the Bus stop . The Little Bay was a plus to wake up to. Relaxing and interesting scenery . The owners were really helpful

The presentation of the boatsheds is very appealing & well positioned on the site. The bathroom was very good - large & very good shower.

Floor appeared to have not been swept though the rest of the boatshed was clean.

It was a great place to stay I wish to apply for a refund for the 17/4/2025 ( 1 day) as the passenger ferry to waiheke island from Auckland city nz was cancelled due to bad weather caused by cyclone tam. This was an incident caused by mother nature and was beyond our control. Please accept my reason within good faith...kind regards Leonie Pou
