I got an incorrect code when we first got there. They let us in early though and was able to call and get a working code. A little short on the number of glasses in the unit. That’s just a very small issue.

The house was comfortable and spacious. The beds were also comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with cookware, dishes and utensils. It was a short walk to a beautiful, quiet beach. The kids appreciated the strong WiFi and large tv.
We had to always enter and lock up through the back door, but the riser and tread boards on the back steps were completely detached and DANGEROUS. I reported it immediately and the lady was very nice, saying “Chris” would be out the next day to fix it, but when we left 5 days later they had not been fixed. There was dog poo at the bottom of the back steps, all the decks were filthy with bird poo and there was a bird nest over the door to the upper deck. More poo. Yards were unkempt, and even though dogs were accepted, no yards were fenced and the small dog run had broken gates so we were unable to let the dog out unattended. We arrived during the heat wave and as the thermostat was set to 81, it was stifling. At least half the windows had no screens and those that were there had large holes. We also would have appreciated having more than 3/4 rolls of TP for 7 people for 5 days and there was no shampoos or creams as are usually provided at rentals. The upstairs with its couches was very comfortable, and adding a couch on the main floor would make entertaining there more comfortable.
