About this apartment rental
A one of a kind property! This daily maid-serviced apartment is located in the ancient city center of World's Heritage colonial Cartagena de Indias. This Pent House boasts 360 degrees magnificent views over the Caribbean and the most important City monuments, Castillo de San Felipe, Cathedral, the University old Tower, etc, etc. The ocean is so near that you can hear the waves leaping the beach.
While still an apartment, the only one located on the top floor of the building, the property really feels like a single family house, as it is surrounded by your own terraces of 900 sq. m ( 10,000 sq. feet ) and an additional private roof-deck of 260 sq. m. ( 2800 sq. feet ) accesible from your own living-room. On this roof deck there is a built-in private small infinity shallow pool from where you can enjoy the most fabulous Caribbean sunsets.
The apartment has massive built-in gardens throughout where flowers blossom literally every day.
The PH is fully furnished, with internet connection, 84´ smart TV, Wash and Dryer, fully equipped kitchen, linen, etc, etc.
Other amenities include a castle-view outdoor Jacuzzi, imbedded on teak deck, and three gazebos plus outdoor cushioned platforms and beds.
Last but not least the PH includes two maids, one a live-in who cleans and can prepare your breakfast if you do the shopping.

The apartment was absolutely amazing. The outdoor spaces were stunning with the most gorgeous and prolific plants everywhere. The pool is a soaking pool not a swimming pool but was perfect. We enjoyed cooling off every afternoon in the pool with views of the city and the water and an amazing warm breeze. Location could not have been better. It is close to all the downtown attractions, shops and dining. Parking is easy and safe. The whole building is very safe and secure. The bed is comfy with plenty of pillows. We didn’t do much cooking but the kitchen seemed well appointed. Overall it is a spectacular place to call homeIn Cartagena. .

Amazing location and view. Terrace was second to none. We really enjoyed our stay and this was the perfect place to stay while exploring the walled city!

Pros: Alberto is an excellent communicator; the scenery from the balcony and rooftop are very nice; Eliana and Nicolas are very nice people; and for the age the place is well maintained. Cons: the dwelling has some age; unfortunately you don’t have privacy because Eliana the housekeeper and Nicolas the gardener are there everyday all day; Leslie isn’t very friendly and seems to exhibit that you are interrupting her day if you reach out; you need 24 hours advance notice even for a professional such as a chef to visit and Leslie doesn’t try to assist much only stating it’s the rules as if you are suppose to know all the rules for a few days; a lot of steps ( this is stated in their overview).This was hard for me to place an overall rating because privacy is very high for me. For some it probably wouldn’t be an issue. I only gave a three star due to Leslie’s interaction or lack of and no privacy. Otherwise I would have given it a four. I hope this helps and I really try to give fair representation wherever I travel.
