About this cottage rental
The Country House, ONLY 3 km. from the SEA, it is composed of Apartments Mono, Bilo and Trilocali with swimming pool. Open from April 19, 2019 to October 31, 2019. We accept medium and small size ANIMALS with advance notice.
THREE-ROOMS APARTMENT N. 7- max n. 6 guests - composed of: living room with double sofa bed, fully equipped kitchenette, satellite TV, free WI FI, N. 2 double bedroom with satellite T.V., N. 2 bathroom with shower box, air conditioning, safe, terrace , wonderful sea view, equipped with table, chairs and electric curtain , private entrance.
For guests it is available FREE: POOL, private parking, solarium, games corner, common room with T. V., relax area, barbecue, gazebo, laundry.
We provide Bed linen and towels for € 10,00 per person and every change required.
The pool is in the country house garden and is only for guests of the structure
The property is situated in the countryside on a hill overlooking the coast of Porto San Giorgio - Lido di Fermo, offering sweeping views of the sea, reached by ONLY 6-minute drive. The beach and about 8 km with the same promenade, equipped with bathing establishments with restaurant and free beach.
The historical and cultural city of Fermo is reached with 10 minutes' drive.
The residence is surrounded by hills on which rest small, ancient villages. Here, inside the medieval walls, there are restaurants where you can taste the traditional recipes of the Piceno and its generous wines, also famous are the festivals.
The property is located in the center of the shoe district with its outlets and factory stores.

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana di ferie e ci siamo trovati molto bene.
L'appartamento corrispondeva alla descrizione letta nel sito.
Buona la posizione, serve però la macchina per raggiungere le spiagge.

Wir waren 3 Erwachsene und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, zwei Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder zu haben war ideal für uns und wir haben das sehr geschätzt. Die große Terrasse des Apartments Nr. 7 war sehr schön, wir haben alle Mahlzeiten draussen eingenommen, morgens unter dem Schatten des Olivenbäumchens. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, den Grill und die Kräuter haben wir gerne genutzt. Die Betten sind gut, es ist sehr ruhig um das Haus herum. Mit dem Auto ist man in 10 Minuten am nächsten Strand, man findet aber auch in der Nähe andere schöne Strände mit Kieselsteinen, wo das Wasser schön klar ist. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in Capodarco in einem kleinen Alimentari oder direkt unten in Porto San Giorgio.

Posto bellissimo, una campagna dolce e verace, si vede il mare a sinistra ed i Sibillini dietro Fermo sulla destra.
Struttura gradevolissima ed accoglienza familiare.
Qualsiasi esigenza cordialmente soddisfatta.
Siamo stati benissimo.

wir haben zwei schöne Wochen in der Wohnung Nr. 7 im Landhaus Carla verbracht. Die Wohnung und das Grundstück sind sehr gepflegt und schön. Den Pool haben wir gerne und oft genutzt. Traumhaft ist der Blick auf das Meer und die Umgebung. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig, ideal zum entspannen. Ein Auto ist unbedingt nötig, man erreicht aber in wenigen Minuten gut sortierte Supermärkte. Da wir mit Hund angereist sind, haben wir die Tiefgaragen der Supermärkte sehr zu schätzen gewusst. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt ist das fehlende deutsche TV (obwohl bei der Buchungsanfrage bestätigt). Viele Grüße an Sergio, der immer um unser Wohlergehen bemüht war. Trotzdem in jeder Hinsicht volle Punktzahl, wir würden die Wohnung auch unseren Freunden empfehlen.
