About this apartment rental
The Country House, ONLY 3 km. from the SEA, it consists of APARTMENTS Mono, Bilo and Trilocali with pool and FREE WI FI. Open from 19 April 2019 to 31 October 2019. WE ARE ACCEPTING ANIMALS of medium and small size with notice.
Apartment THREE-ROOM N. 1 - N. 4 people- max n. 6 guests - composed of: living room with sofa bed separated by curtain, fully equipped kitchenette, satellite TV, free WI FI, double bedroom with TV and bathroom with shower, from the living room with a staircase leads to the attic (l ceiling height from 1.85 to 1.10 m) composed of a bedroom with two single beds and a separate full bathroom without a shower, air conditioning in the bedrooms (including the attic)
and in the living room, safe, terrace of mt. 3 X 3.5, wonderful sea view, equipped with table, chairs and electric blind, private entrance.
For guests it is available FREE: SWIMMING POOL, private parking, games corner, meeting room with T. V., barbecue, gazebo, laundry.
We provide Bed linen and towels for € 10,00 per person and every change required.
The pool is in the country house garden and is only for the guest of the property.
The property is situated in the countryside on a hill overlooking the coast of Porto San Giorgio - Lido di Fermo, offering sweeping views of the sea, reached by ONLY 6-minute drive. The fine sandy beach is about 8 km long with the same seafront, equipped with seaside resorts with Restaurant and free beaches. The bottom of the SEA low.
The historical and cultural city of Fermo is reached with 10 minutes' drive.
The residence is surrounded by hills on which rest small, ancient villages. Here, inside the medieval walls, there are restaurants where you can taste the traditional recipes of the Piceno and its generous wines, also famous are the festivals.
The property is located in the center of the shoe district with its outlets and factory stores

This is an excellent, dog friendly accomadation in the hills of the Marken. Perfect for families, groups, couples looking for a place to relax. The appartment was clean, spacious and had all necessities including air conditioning.From our balcony we had a wonderful view over the hills to the sea. We enjoyed the sunrise every morning.The accomadaton also offers a very nice pool which is well maintained. We enjoyed our stay here very much. The sea and beaches are 7 minutes drive and the historical town, Fermo is 10 minutes drive. There are good supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Sergio who works there was always super friendly and helpful as were the cleaning ladies.We can recommend this peaceful, comfortable accomadation .

Clara was amazing and on hand via what’s app with advice on Resturants etc and if we needed anything for the room it was sorted very quickly.
