Villa Pearl is perfectly situated on the island. Perfect for a family. We made maximum use of the bikes, cycling more or less everyday day. We even made use of the kayak’s! The pool on the property was also made use of a lot. We have been coming to Captiva (South Seas) for many years and this is the first time we have rented a house and would definitely do it again. Would highly recommend this property.

We have stayed all along the Gulf Coast in recent years, Siesta Key, Marco Island etc and this Home did not disappoint. As a family of 4,with two teenagers, we found the location to be perfectly placed on the island. Easy access on and off, although we rarely left, perfect for the beach, very well equipped with bikes, kayaks etc. and perfectly placed to venture out at night to the many excellent restaurants on Sanibel. A ‘lived in’ traditional Home where we felt comfortable immediately, with 3 good size bedrooms and a nice open living space. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Many thanks.

The service from Roelens vacation was exceptionell! They were great in every way!
The home itself was not entirely clean and needs some remodeling inside and outside. There should be more dishware.
But it still was a nice stay. I will miss the wonderful mango tree which provided me with breakfast every day!
