About this apartment rental
Enjoy the warm Gulf breezes as you sit on your waterfront balcony. This 1400 sq ft condo is one of the largest in the area. It's great for a romantic getaway or family time together. You'll have one king size bed, one queen size bed and one full size bed. Maximum occupancy is 6 people. Very large master bedroom with sitting area. The beautiful interior includes a full kitchen with granite countertops AND washer/dryer. You have a gorgeous view of the intercoastal waterway from the balcony, you can watch the dolphins and manatees play.
There's a 2 car car port, private pool, beach chairs, toys and towels. The beach is about 150 steps away. When you get tired of relaxing on the sand or reading by the pool, there's even a private pier that is yours to watch the boats or catch some fish.
Restaurants and shops are close by, some even within walking distance. A trolley takes you up and down Gulf Blvd so you can explore all the beaches. There's a stop next to the condo property. All you have to do is show up, sit back and enjoy.
We have taken extra precautions to make your stay as safe as possible. Our housekeeper is spending extra time to make sure that everything is as clean as possible. We use disinfectant for sensitive areas such as kitchen and bathrooms. We have extra bed linens so that we can rotate the bed sheets and ensure that all bed sheets used have been stored after cleaning for one week.
Our condo association is one of the smallest of the beach, with only 16 units. This reduces the number of people using the pool, and the common areas. Our condo is located far away from any public parking places, so the only people on the beach are from the local houses, and the beach area closest to our condo is one of the least crowded even during the middle of the summer. We also communicate with all our guests to make sure that we are informed of any health issues that may occur. Our condo is on the 3rd floor, and we do not have an elevator in the building.

Patrik and Eva were lovely hosts and we appreciated the accommodations at their large, well appointed condo. The spacious bedrooms and master bath, living room and kitchen with high ceilings and beautiful view of the intercoastal were a perfect fit for us. We loved being next to the pool, quick access to the beach and easy parking. The condo was well stocked with dishes and cooking tools and appliances! Thank you for a great stay, we’d love to come back again!

The check-in process was very simple. The house is exactly what you see in the photos, if not better. The neighborhood was quiet and I felt perfectly safe with my small kiddos. The beach access is close and the pool is also very nice if you get burnt out on the saltwater and beach.The amenities exceeded my expectations. They even had some basic kiddo beach toys I was going to run out and purchase but didn't have to. They also had some basic fishing poles that my kids had a wonderful time with. There's clearly marked parking that can accommodate 2 vehicles. Everything was very simple and stress-free. The owners sent a quick message to see if we needed anything. If I didn't have unpacking to do I could keep going with the accolades :) Seriously, awesome place, location and amazing memories! Thanks Patrik!!
