A zona exterior da casa é muito cuidada e bem conservada. A piscina é excelente e o BBQ ótimo. Esta zona melhoraria com toldo pois ao almoço e impossível usar com o calor. O jardim está muito bem tratado. Toda a zona da piscina está muito bem equipada para desfrutar do sol e poder descansar
O interior da casa tem bibelôs a mais A cozinha tem alguns utensílios a precisar de renovação. Concretamente talheres

Very bad drain smells especially from the upstairs bathroom.
Challenging for those with mobility issues to manage the spiral staircase to the master bedroom and the steps down to the pool.
Very old poor quality towels and bedding.
Pool parasols broken
Very noisy neighbouring villa with groups of young people. We chose this villa to avoid this kind of noise as it is far out from albufeira

.....It's too good to tell you... in short ,.. All appliances, well equipped,
Quiet, spotless,spacious , great quick access to shopping mall and whole of Albufeira . Good communication and availability to questions or problems . Super clean pool and good size . Private parking at villa and super security inside and outside of the home .
Found the Maintenance man coming/ entering outside premises without warning to clean pool a bit unnerving sorry !
