Die Lage ist top. Eine gute Raumaufteilung. Gute Klimaanlage.
Die Ausstattung ist in die Jahre gekommen. Pool sind manche Fliesen ab. In den Bädern muss das Silikon ausgetauscht werden. Leider waren der Tisch und Stühle der Terasse sehr wackelig. Die Fenster schließen nicht richtig, etwas laut bei dem windigen Wetter. WLAN und TV waren defekt.
