Tuscany Living - Terra Antica

Here’s a polished version that keeps it natural and personal, suitable for a hotel review: What we liked: We really appreciated having a separate living area with a sofa bed, as we were travelling as a family of three with our daughter. It meant we didn’t all have to sleep in the same room and gave us much more space and privacy. Having a washing machine was also a huge plus, especially when travelling for a longer period. They even provided detergent and fabric softener, which was a very thoughtful and convenient touch. The accommodation itself felt modern, new and well maintained. The location was also very convenient for exploring the area, particularly Pienza and Monticchiello, which were both within easy reach.

What could be improved: The shower leaked quite a bit of water onto the bathroom floor, so the shower area could definitely benefit from better sealing. It would also be helpful if the rooms were treated for insects before guests arrive, particularly during the summer months. Unfortunately, we did find a bug in the bed during our stay, which was unpleasant. The soundproofing between the floors could also be improved. We could clearly hear the guests staying above us, particularly when they were moving chairs or walking around, both inside their room and on the terrace.

The only addition i can do is that they need to have a sort of room service or delivery of food. Finding food around the hotel to pick up for the kids wasnt always easy especially between 3 to 7 pm

The location was beautiful, quiet and private. We appreciated the fabulous breakfast that was so artistically presented.

Terra Antica has 2 locations. Check in for Tuscany Living units takes place at the main resort. It's close by and was not a problem, but this was not communicated clearly. The resort offers many amenities and experiences that we were not aware of before our visit. We only received the link to their website 1 week before check in. It would have been helpful to know about all that they offer while we were planning our trip. We would certainly have signed up for several things. Be sure to check out their website!

Beautiful, clean, good location. Villa are well stocked and the laundry facilities was amazing to have available.

They need more signage to locate the property from the main room and exiting the property onto the main road is dangerous due to the high uncut foliage blocking your view of oncoming traffic.
