About this apartment rental

This beautiful furnished oceanfront 1 bedroom apartment located directly on the beach has the most amazing ocean views and breezes of beautiful Lauderdale by the sea. It is fully equipped with all furnishings. The numerous commodities include the following: separate bedroom for more privacy, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances including dishwasher and kitchen utensils. Ideal for one (1) to three (3) persons. Located on the 1st floor. Great Scuba Diving site.
Gated building has laundry facilities at a minimal cost, pool, one reserved parking space. Conveniently located less than one mile to Lauderdale by the sea village square, pier, grocery stores and restaurants. Driving minutes from Las Olas and fort Lauderdale airport.

No smoking allowed. No Pets. No big trucks and/ot pick up trucks allowed in parking lot. There will be a $100.00 fee if parking permit pass is not left in the apartment at check out. It’s a perfect couples quiet getaway.

I brought my mother in law to LTBS for her birthday weekend. I love this location. I've stayed here several times in the past. Linda's home was everything we needed. You can't beat the first floor convenience and direct ocean view. We had a lovely weekend!

Highly recommend this property. The host was pleasant and clear in their communication. And the location was great--necessities (food, pharmacy, restaurants) nearby and a great beach almost outside the door. You never know just how close or good the beach is, but this was ideal--100 yards to the water and the same as the public beach a half mile down the coast

Property was just as described and met our needs. Our only wish would have been for a full length mirror. Proximity to the beach was awesome and that was our #1 priority. Having beach chairs and umbrellas provided for our use was also really nice. The host was very kind and quick to respond to our inquiries. She communicated the check-in and check-out instructions clearly and in a timely manner.

If you’re looking for a fancy resort this is not it., but we loved it. Very clean, quiet, and friendly feeling! Tiny kitchen and bathroom. Very comfortable king bed. Right on the beach with all the beach gear you’ll need. Perfect for a quick get away spot. We’d love to come back.

What a beautiful location! Steps to the beach and very quiet. Loved that the complex is small and this particular unit was on the end. Very close to lots of restaurants and things to do, but not too touristy. The bed was comfortable and the condo had everything we needed for our stay including beach umbrellas and chairs. My only suggestion would be a fresh coat of paint in the condo. It would really brighten and freshen up the place! Communication with Linda was fast and easy. Thank you for a very relaxing and enjoyable stay! We would definitely come again!!

The location to the beach was amazing! Just a few steps and you are on the beach! We found the place very clean and cozy and were impressed with the efficient use of space. It was perfect for the two of us! We liked the full kitchen, the comfy king bed, the leather sofa and large tv. The bathroom sink area was a bit small but it worked. The closet full of beach chairs, umbrellas, towels and snorkel flag was an added bonus!

This place is exactly as advertised!!!!! A GREAT location, Steps away from the beach, very clean, excellent communication from the Host, and Very Secure. If you want an Oceanfront experience that does not cost an arm and a leg, this is the place for you. If you want an “Out of this world experience “, this is not the place for you. The entire complex is older, but has been kept up. The One bedroom 375-Square Foot Suite has been very well kept up. We will definitely be coming back to this exact VRBO. Thank you for sharing your place with us.

Well, we arrived at property and could not get in as a new gate system with code was installed. The smell from the bathroom was unpleasant. The mirror in bathroom was too far from view. Two closet doors were broken ,two missing shades from window so a passerby could look into the window. Roach in the kitchen. I found the location to be in need of a facelift. The closeness of the beach was a plus. I would not stay at this location again. The Host was good in communicating certain details. Also, there is nothing within a proper walking distance which makes a car a must have to enjoy your stay. Unpleasant smell as you pass by the swimming pool.
