The lady Ana that met us was very friendly and welcomed us warmly. She informed us a few places worth visiting in the area while showing us the house.
Even though we were 30 minutes later than the check in time and we left 2 hours after the check out time we didn't get charged extra which I thought was nice of the host.
We stayed in early April and the area was quite but still had small crowds to give it atmosphere.
We were a party of 5 adults and one child and the house was a perfect size for us, the main bedroom has an ensuite while the other 2 bedrooms shared another bathroom with bath and shower . Also there was another toilet down stairs.
The garden was nice and sheltered and the Pool was lovely but not heated, which wasn't a problem for us.
I would recommend this house for a family that likes to have a quite stay ,be able to walk to the local beach and also be able to stroll into town for a nice meal and a few drinks in the evenings
0nly a few minor issues that didn't spoil our stay but could be improved on for future visitors
1. The property could do with an extra few towels and pillows
2. The washing machine was malfunctioning (wouldn't drain )
3.Some of the glass exterior doors locks weren't locking , but there was also shutters so not a security issue
4.The door to one of the bedrooms couldn't close properly as it was a bit out of line

Beautiful spacious house in an excellent location. Quiet area even though very close to Alvor centre.
Sun loungers could be updated and more abundant. Only 2 near pool and 2 on roof top terrace. There was no hammock.

Gostei de tudo. Casa bem localizada, com todos os utensilios necessários (e mais alguns!). Ar condicionado nos quartos, casas de banho espaçosas, casa prática e boa piscina. Super recomendo para familias e amigos. fizemos tudo a pé durante 1 semana o que é fantastico.
ficou a faltar só um guarda sol no jardim (a base estava partida), pois com um bebé precisamos de sombra. Também existe a visita do jardineiro de manhã muito cedo em alguns dias, que entra sem avisar (pois podemos estar a dormir e a entrada é directamente no jardim, fora de casa). não é uma questão de não gostar, mas é um aviso.

Great location, private and safe. Perfect for a young family. Pool was clean. Rooms a great size and lots of kitchenware.
Location not correct on booking.com map but is on google maps.
Hairdryer not great.
Probably needs new pillows in the primary bedroom.
A hoover would be an advantage for cleaning up as the dust pan and brush does not really do the job. Tea towels or cloths needed in kitchen.
