About this house rental
Beautiful, 5BR 4 full and 2 half BA family friendly house. Walk one block (420 ft) to your private beach access. Relax on the large deck and 12x24 private saltwater pool. The house has plenty of parking space. We recently put in 2 new air conditioners to keep you cool on those hot summer days. We also have 2 washers and 2 dryers to help keep those beach towels clean!
All bedrooms have a private full bathroom except the two first level queen rooms that share a Jack and Jill full bathroom. There is also a half bathroom off the living area and another half bathroom on the ground level for easy access from the pool. All bedrooms have flat-screen Smart LED TVs with basic cable. Dining space for 14, a fully equipped kitchen and outdoor grill. 14 bathroom towels, washcloths, and hand towels provided. 7-day minimum. Saturday to Saturday.
*No bed linens provided* If you need to rent bed linens, just reach out to Sweet Dreams Linen in Surf City. Give them the house address and they will drop off and pick up your linens.
Come and relax at the Beach Hive. We hope you love this house as much as we do. We have furnished it with everything you need for an easy family vacation. Enjoy the large kitchen with plenty of counter space to cook solo or as a group. The kitchen also has an island that sits 4 that is perfect for hanging out or playing games. In addition to the open living space, you can hang out on the ground level and play darts or bumper pool or open up the garage door and enjoy the outside. You'll also love the covered porch and decks off the back of the house not to mention hanging poolside. Not only does this house have open areas to share with family and friends there is plenty of space to retreat and relax. We are located on a wonderful street with the Intracoastal Waterway on one side and the ocean on the other. There is a park across the street with a public dock where you can see beautiful sunsets. We are just a few blocks from downtown Surf City.

Was a great property for two families with infants/toddlers and pre-schoolers. The pool was perfect for the older kids while the younger ones napped. There are two laundry facilities which was perfect for keeping up with laundry. The host was attentive and responsive. It was a great house for vacation.

Beautiful house, comfortable beds/bedrooms, many bathrooms, and a well contained and nicely sized pool area! (And VERY handy to have 2 side-by-side sets of washers and dryers!)

We enjoyed our time at the Beach Hive! It was very spacious and the pictures included with the listing were accurate. The pool area was great and the close proximity to the beach access was also a plus! Jeff was great with communication throughout the week, as well. Thank you for providing us a home to enjoy Topsail with our family!
