Overall, we loved our stay at Lake Reflections. Plenty of space to spread out and wonderful amenities that made it a wonderful vacation spot. Our only criticism would be that there needs to be more attention to cleaning detail (cobwebbing, etc).

Loved the house. 2 days before arrival i received a call that the air conditioning was not working in part of the house. We stayed in August. Turns out that 2 of the bedrooms has no A/C at all. We were told to call if we needed fans for those rooms. I called and left a message asking if someone could possibly fix/look at the air conditioner to try to fix it. About a half hour later someone dropped off fans. That was it.
These 2 bedrooms were not usable for the week of our stay.

We called the mngr office for a broken air conditioner in a room that was not on central air. It took 4 calls with me getting more and more irate and 36 for a maintenance person to finally show up. Once they did all they said was, yup it’s broken. And offered no assistance only saying they’d contact the owner to see if they would replace. I then had to ask if maybe they had a fan for the room. I was told that yeah they would return later with one, which they did. The house itself needs lots ignored work. Door frames were missing, other doors didn’t close, chairs were broken and unstable. The roof leaked when it rained in the kitchen. Listing could also list some of the amenities so we didn’t have to pack things that were already there and maybe include a basic item like a can opener. For the price we paid I was underwhelmed. The location was great and there is potential I just think some minor fixes need to be completed. Also the mngr company really needs to be more responsive.
