NOTE: A copy of the contract holder's Photo ID, a signed contract, and a list of your full travel party (names/ages of all attending) will be required to complete your booking. If booking last minute, you may be required to stop by our main office to show your photo ID and the credit card used on the reservation. We loved all the amenities of the house! Our kids loved it! The only downfall was that it was advertised as boat friendly with lake access, which it was not. We had to store our boat at a local campground and was not able to drop in at the community docks. Other than that it was one of the best vacation houses we have stayed at. Highly reccomend

From the very first day, the door handles were a problem to where someone had to come that same night at 9 PM to fix the door handle that fell off. Technician ended up taking hardware off door and nailing it shut! Day 2 - We wanted to eat lunch on the deck and when I opened the door the handle fell off on the other side - different door. I texted and they said they would put another ticket in. Someone came while we were out and put a hook on the door that had originally broke. We were not happy that we had to walk through the screened porch area with the rocking chairs in order to go outside on the deck and go to the hot tub for fear of opening another door and it fall off too. Upstairs floors are very creaky and so thin you can hear the people in that room talking and the television even when the volume is on low. The decor was beautiful but things were old with tears in them and lawn chairs needed to be cleaned. This is overly priced for the problems onsite.
