About this house rental

Beautiful Lake Bowen waterfront home with, central heat and Air, great dock, two nice deck areas overlooking the lake. Just added a screened in patio and updated the guest bath. Master Bedroom has wonderful views of the lake and a large great room with amazing views also provide the perfect vacation on the lake. Water ski, fish, swim, read and just enjoy this lakefront retreat. Close to beautiful waterfall hikes, golf course and short trip to Asheville and Greenville. This is an amazing home for families or couples just looking for a great romantic get-a-way, or relaxing family fun on the water. Owner provides two kayaks and 2 paddle boards for your use. Fire pit, grill and Dish TV on the property. Washer and Dryer as well as fully equipped kitchen makes this a one stop vacation for all your needs.

Great communication from the owner and the house had a wonderful view of the lake. It was very well-equipped, including the kitchen where I was able to make a Thanksgiving meal!

Very clean, even left clorex wipes for germ freaks like me. Roomy. Beautiful view. Would have liked a rocking chair or glider in the living room and screened porch. We really enjoyed our stay.
