About this house rental
The holiday house Spiekeroog is on 115 m² and one level ideal for families with 2 - 3 children or for 2 couples (max 4 pers + 2 infants). The upscale, simple but cozy amenities of the house leaves nothing to be desired and guarantees a great holiday. All on one level: 2 bedrooms with double bed, each with TV and allergic-gauze covering on the windows, 1 bathroom with infrared sauna, large barrier-free 150x150 shower, double vanity on different levels, 1 bathroom with roll-in shower and tub with back massage. A spacious, bright and open living and dining area with pellet stove, fully equipped high quality fitted kitchen, large windows and plenty of space can be on rainy days holiday mood. A large terrace with partial roof, seating, beach chairs, deck chairs and barbecue also invites you to linger and sunbathe.
Technical equipment in the house: Samsung HD-TV Smart Hub with 120 screen diagonal, external hard drive, WLAN, 3D Blue Ray Player incl. Eyeglasses, jukeboxes, coffee maker and machine, washer and dryer.
The house is handicapped accessible - in the sanitary area with a shower 150x150cm and wide doors throughout the house. W-Lan free of charge in the house. In all rooms there are mosquito nets and external blinds. The first filling of the pellet stove we take over and a 4 person Canadians can be rented cost-effective. We also thought of the little ones: A baby chair and a baby cot with mattress are available free of charge. Children's utensils, such as kick, potty and toilet attachment, changing table are standard equipment. Child safety in almost all sockets, outdoor toys, swing and sandpit are available. The house / land is completely fenced.

Wir waren mit der Buchungsabwicklung , der Unterkunft zufrieden.Es hat alles gut geklappt und wir haben unseren Urlaub genossen.Wir kommen gern wieder.

Uns hat der Urlaub sehr gut gefallen.
Die Ferienwohnung (bzw. Haus) hat eine ruhige Lage.
Zur Bushaltestelle Rechlin Museum sind es 5 Minuten. Bus ist mit Gästekarten kostenlos.
Zum Müritz See oder Rechlin Hafendorf sind es zu Fuß 10 Minuten und weniger.
Die Wohnung ist sehr nett und gemütlich eingerichtet.
- 2 Badezimmer (2 Duschen + 1 Badewanne mit Rückenmassge)
- 1 Infrarotsauna
- 1 Peletofen
- TVs in beiden Schlafzimmern
- Im Gartenhaus gibt es Geräte und Spiele für draußen
- Im Carport ist ein Kanu
- Kaffeemaschine könnte mal ein Update vertragen :-)
Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt.
Noch ein paar Tipps für Ausflüge.
- Mit Bus nach Boek und dann in den Müritz Nationalpark wandern (z.B. zum Käflingsbergturm oder Beobachtungsplattformen am Priesterbäker See)
- Im Herbst können dort viele Pilze gefunden werden, meine Frau war ganz begeistert
- Mit Fahrrad nach Waren und dann mit dem letzten Bus (kostet im Oktober 2 € pro Fahrrad) zurück
- Mit Bus von Röbel nach Waren und dann mit dem letzen Schiff zurück nach Röbel (oder Bolter Kanal)
- Nach Waren (nette Altstadt mit kleinem Hafen), z.B. Kirchturm hochsteigen (kostet 1,50 €) oder Müritzeum (ca. 2,5 Stunden einplanen)

An sich ein schönes, gut ausgestattetes Haus in ruhiger Lage. Der Pflegezustand läßt im und ums Haus zu Wünschen übrig, immerhin kümmert man sich auf Nachfrage . Tolle Badestelle in Laufweite. Versorgungslage im Ort ist dürftig.
Tiptop wäre anders. Für den stolzen Preis darf man einen perfekten Zustand erwarten.
